Safflower oil, also known as Kusuma oil is a mild-tasting vegetable oil derived from Safflower seeds. The oil is available with a safflower peanut flavor and aroma, analogous to sesame oil.
Ganuga/Bull Driven Safflower oil means oil should be extracted below 27°c Example traditional way of pressing using wood press (Chekku in Tamil and Ghani in Kannada) . Ganuga oils having hi antioxidant capacity. In normal pressing lot of heat will be generated during extraction because of that free radicals will form and cause tumor. If you really want to go for cold pressed oil ask for extra virgin / Unrefined/ Unbleached/ Chemical free Cold pressed oil. We use 100% Organic Safflower for generating oils.
