DIY  Shampoo

Ingredients:
(Only soap nuts are mandatory, rest are optional depending on the availability)
* Seedless/ cracked Soap nuts: 5-10 nuts
* Hibiscus: 5 leaves
* Avocado Peels from 1 avocado
* Lemon Peels (1-2)
* Onion Peels from 1 onion
* Half stem of aloevera or 3 tbsp of aloe gel
* Pinch of baking soda
* Handful of rosemary leaves
* 2 TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar
* Peels from one banana
* 1 tsp methi seeds
*  1 tsp of besan
* 1 sprig of curry leaves (including the stalk)
* Handful of mint leaves
* Handful of neem leaves
* Handful of papaya leaves
* 2 glasses of water that is used for rinsing rice.
Method:
Take a bowl with 2 cups of water and add all the ingredients (except rice water) and boil it until the water reduces to half. Let it cool down to luke warm, then mix and squeeze all the ingredients.
Your shampoo is ready for use! In the end rinse off your hair with rice water which provides strength to hair.
A few other quick tips would be:
*  Switch to wooden brush.
* Don’t wash your hair too often. Once every 7-10 days is enough.
* Change your food habits: Consume moringa powder, multi-nut cookies, nice cream (made with ripened bananas, nuts, chia, flax and sesame seeds)
